For economical benefit, food manufacturers in the developed nations turned the left over food to different forms of food under the name of sneaks, chips, canned food, fast food and most importantly, MASS Production. As a result, we left in the world of filled with food. Every corner of the street, we have 24hours stores. In order to make sure to provide affordable food, we stockpiled food in supermarkets. Fast foods are waiting for us in everywhere.
So, at least we are not hungry. However, the concern of over consumption of food begin to hit. Bitterman talks seriousness of the over consumption of the food in the presentation.
